The initial difficulties, of course, concerned the organization. We had to develop many important procedures – for example, integrate the work of many copywriters and proofreaders to deliver high-quality content despite the large scale. The problem was solved by a dedicated system that made it possible to carry out all such processes.
Other challenges included attracting talented writers to the team and building a recognizable brand. Fortunately, today we have much more knowledge, technology and market position. I am glad that foreign partners will use ready-made solutions that we have developed with a lot of effort and investment.
